Let me start by saying. IT WAS AWESOME. The mushrooms and aioli mixed together with the flavor of ramen was absolutely great. Do I think they could've done a little bit more for the veggie option? Yes. Why not use an actual patty? They load it with a ton of mushrooms, so half of them fall out while you're eating this "burger". The ramen is pretty tasteless in itself, which is where the aioli came in to save the day.
