Potato salad with Feta and Sun dried Tomato

In a medium bowl, mash together the Feta, yogurt, and oil until mostly smooth. Mix in the sun-dried tomatoes and season with teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Serve with the pretzel crisps.

This pasta salad is so easy to throw together! There is no cooking other then cooking your pasta. Then just grab a large bowl, your tomatoes, pasta spinach and a few other ingredients and that is all you need!
