Well, well, well. Here we are in 2022. I feel like its going to be good. eally good. I think its safe to say that I have a lot going on this year and Im excited to get going! Adam and I are still in Texas visiting with friends and head back to California tomorrow. Weve both been gone for three weeks and I cant wait to get back in the normal groove of things. My body is itching for some yoga or, lets be honest— any physical activity at all and some green juice after all these holiday shenanigans. Im sure many of you feel the same way!

I made this actually before I left for Christmas, but Im sure Ill make something else like it again tomorrow when I get home. After spending so much time in the kitchen and entertaining others Morgan and I have been cooking up a storm this past week!, its just really nice to have a low stress meal like this that literally takes five minutes of prep time.

Sweet, tangy balsamic vinegar, rich brown sugar, a few herbs and spices covering a lean pork roast, all cooked low and slow for a few hours make a main dish masterpiece. Served with your favorite sides, youll soon be saying – yes, more, please!
